This Dealership was very laid back and friendly. Laura Musser was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and patient. She bent backwards helping us make a decision between a Highlander and the 4runne Musser was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and patient. She bent backwards helping us make a decision between a Highlander and the 4runner. We told her we had just started looking and had not made up our minds which vehicle would suit our needs. Her knowledge and honesty was very helpful. She spent a lot of time with us and there was never any pressure to buy. Even the sales manager showed no signs of pushiness. Afterwards Laura kept in touch, informing us of vehicles coming in that might suit us, but she was never calling so much that it was annoying. For reasons of cargo space and layout of seats we ended up buying a Honda Pilot (even though we liked the Highlanders drive better). If we had settled on the Highlander we would have returned to Hanover Toyota for the purchase because they did not play the not- so- fun car buying game of high pressure sales and haggling practiced by the other dealers we dealt with. We actually enjoyed shopping for a car there. More
