Just say we do not have a clue and we have NO solutions! Stole $260 from us. More
We have had several experiences with Hanover Toyota, all very much positive. In March of 2011, we purchased a 2011 Yaris from Dan Altmann at Hanover Toyota. He was knowledgeable about the car and my husban very much positive. In March of 2011, we purchased a 2011 Yaris from Dan Altmann at Hanover Toyota. He was knowledgeable about the car and my husband and I never felt pressured. The transaction was completed and the whole experience was stress-free from beginning to end. Because of that experience, we returned to Hanover Toyota this week to look at purchasing a Sienna for our growing family. Unfortunately, Dan was already tied up with another customer so we were referred to Gary Graybill. Gary was fantastic as well! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Sienna, answering even the dumbest question without making you feel stupid. He was very patient and great with our three small children. When his sales manager, Steve Moore, was involved, they both worked towards our goal - getting us a good deal on that minivan. We never once felt that Gary (or Dan, last year) was trying to sell us up or bump up commission. They went above and beyond their job responsibilities and we ended up with a wonderful new Sienna that was far and above better than we walked in thinking we'd get for almost the same price as we were looking to spend. This dealership is fantastic and though we don't anticipate any new cars in the near future, whenever we do need a new one we'll be heading to Hanover Toyota. More
I originally bought my car from Hanover Toyota about 4 years ago and thankfully have only had to take it back twice for any major repairs. Both times, I have had exceptional customer service from everyon years ago and thankfully have only had to take it back twice for any major repairs. Both times, I have had exceptional customer service from everyone I worked with and the repairs were done in a timely manner. My first experience, I was rear-ended and needed some major cosmetic work on my back bumper and tire well. They fixed my car in less than a week and also washed & vacuumed the entire thing. It was like picking up a brand new car! My most recent experience, my water pump was cracked. They fixed it in a day and again washed my vehicle for me! I would recommend Hanover Toyota to anyone. They have amazing customer service and a quick turn around. I'm very grateful for all of their help! More
Went to this dealership last December '09 right before all the bad news came out about Toyota and purchased a '10 Tundra. Have to admit that the overall quality of the truck is/has been decent and we did all the bad news came out about Toyota and purchased a '10 Tundra. Have to admit that the overall quality of the truck is/has been decent and we did like the particular salesperson that we dealt with. We're not one to think that there won't be minor issues that need to be taken care of on a new vehicle, but that is where we received the jeckle-n-hyde treatment. While we are pleased with the truck overall...any service after has been a real pain in the butt. Made us certainly feel as if we were just treated that way for the crew there to hit their end of year quotas and not like they were trying to establish a relationship with us to garner our future business as well. EVERYTIME we have had to have a discussion with the service dept it's like they are doing YOU a favor just speaking with you. We have a commercial general construction business and were attempting to establish a relationship with a local small-town dealership where place our trust in and deal with on a future basis..long term. After dealing with their attitude after the sale and with their service dept., we will be taking our business elsewhere..and NOT Hanover Toyota. More
I purchased a 2010 Corolla and had the car only a few days when the news came out about the government ordered halt on sales and production due to faulty accelerators and a lack of a solution (at that ti days when the news came out about the government ordered halt on sales and production due to faulty accelerators and a lack of a solution (at that time) to fix the problem. I had been told that there was a fix and that my car was most likley not involved, both of which proved to be untrue. I asked the owner of the dealership to either take the car back and return my down payment or work with me to exchange it for a model not involved in the recall. He refused, denying that there even was a recall, which was absolutely false. He then suggested that if I was that unhappy, I should try to trade the car in at a dealership of another car manufacturer, since they were offering incentives to Toyota owners! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not stand behind their product and show a complete lack of respect for the customer. More
