Not at Hansel Honda in Petaluma, ca where we ran into Andrew Motil. My Fiancé and I were in the market to buy a new 2017 White Honda Civic EX with black interior. We were just looking around, and were approached by Andrew, who was very professional in all aspects. Before we came to Hansel Honda in Petaluma, we went to another Honda dealership, where We were told that the white Honda Civics only came with tan interior and not black. That was a bummer for us, because we really liked the black interior. We left there thinking we should pick a different color. A few days later, we saw a white Honda Civic with black interior driving on the road. Right then we knew we were lied to. We looked online and Petaluma Honda said they had one in stock, so we went down there to check it out. Now we're in Petaluma and we tell Andrew what we we're looking for. We told him right up front that weren't looking to buy today or talk numbers. He went inside to see in the computer if they had a white Honda Civic with black interior and he came back and said he had one in stock but it was in the separate back lot. He took us over and let us look at the car, and it did exist. He was very knowledgeable about the Civic, and showed us many things about the car that we didn't even know existed. Andrew was patient with us from the start. We thanked Andrew for his time and exchanged information. A few days later we were ready to talk. Let's just say Andrew made this car buying experience very pleasant. He told us he would work very hard to get us the number we wanted. Andrew did not lie. We told him the price we wanted, and he made sure we got that price, and even made sure we were happy with our interest rate. We would recommend Andrew to everybody we know. This indeed was a stress free car buying experience. At the end we signed on the dotted line. We will be back........ More
