The service area at this dealership was easy to access, and there wasn’t a long line. The representatives were helpful. The reasons I didn’t give it a five star was because: 1. They failed to give me updat and there wasn’t a long line. The representatives were helpful. The reasons I didn’t give it a five star was because: 1. They failed to give me updates, so that meant it took me calling multiple times to understand what was happening with my car. 2. I was not given any verbal updates regarding my car outside of the work that they did although we discussed them looking at a couple of other things. 3. I took my car to be serviced on a Monday with a 930 appointment and I was told prior by the representative I scheduled with that it would be really quick and unfortunately I didn’t get my car until the afternoon of the following day, which made me miss out on work. More
