Excellent as always I brought two of my vehicles in for routine service. I came in early, dropped off the first car, utilized the shuttle to get the second car and with t I brought two of my vehicles in for routine service. I came in early, dropped off the first car, utilized the shuttle to get the second car and with the great work of all the staff, I was done by 10:00 am. Travis was on top of things as usual, and insured there were no delays. Paul coordinated with Travis to shuttle me back and forth. I had an important obligation at noon and everyone's efforts allowed me to be on time with no issues. More

The service itself is really quick and efficient. Terrific waiting area with a Keurig coffee maker, cookies, pastries and WIFI and a TV. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. And they always complete an overall check list of your vehicle pointing out any things that may need attention. I highly recommend them for any type vehicle service and they service ALL makes. More

Fair and disappointed The last three times I took my car in for an oil change, I asked for them to wash the outside of the car as well.....they've never done it. The last time I was in on 8/22/15 I was the 3rd person in line when they opened and I waited more than 1 1/2 hour just for the oil change. And they only took the car in after I went up to service desk after waiting over an hour! Then they tried to sell me 4 tires when my current ones are just over a year old! What a scam the free oil change program is. Another issue I s they NEVER give a courtesy call when the oil changes are due like my previous dealer did. Must be because I'm in the oil change program!
