"Oil change"

I still believe these employees are friendly and great people. I called an hour and a half before my 930am oil change appointment. It was great to get an oil change that day. I do appreciate the thoroughness of it all but to my understanding an oil change should be quick, maybe 10-15 minutes, but this one took more then half an hour and my car was taken back 20 minutes after I got there for my 930am appointment. I get there may have been other vehicles but if I had an appointment why wasn’t my car taken right at appointment time? I had to work at 1030am and was late because it took what felt much longer then it needed too.

"I did not experience the same as most reviews"

In September my wife and I decided we were going to get a new vehicle in our fleet. I drive by Harbro on Rt 122 every day and I saw two different Lexus vehicles. I stopped in on a Saturday and found one was older than we wanted, and the other was not there. In talking to the sales person (cannot remember his name but he was a younger blondish person- Jeremy maybe?) and he told me the other Lexus was in Webster, but that he expected it back that afternoon and would call/text me. I had given him my cell number. Anyway the call did not come and a few days later I noticed the car was there but by that time my wife and I had found another car and we had purchased that other vehicle from another dealership. Not a terrible experience or anything like that just feedback- management cannot fix what they are not aware of. Not even sure if we would have bought at Harbro- but they never earned themselves the chance either.

We had an issue with acceleration that came up very quickly. The vehicle was sluggish and Harbro took the vehicle in on a Saturday morning, test drove it, diagnosed it and fixed it for short dollars.

"First time experience"

I was unsure if Harbro would service my 2006 Honda Exl since I had Not purchased it from them. I had always heard glowing comments from neighbors and friends so I stopped in and spoke with their Service Advisor ( Mark Alisch). Mark, was very busy with another customer but acknowledged me and after a minute gave me his full attention. I was experiencing slow cranking of the motor and had a few no starting at all, like a dead battery. The battery was 4 years old so I replaced it but the troubles continued. I was now suspicious of the starting motor and Mark also agreed that with 151000 miles on the car, it was the most likely cause. I chose to have them replace the starter motor at their earliest convenience and was very pleased to find it now starts quicker and stronger than since it was new. This dealership honestly lives up to its excellent reputation and is easy for me to recommend them to anyone seeking a pleasant experience of caring, friendly, honest and professional people. I am refreshingly pleased to find that "Harbro Auto Sales andService" still practices those good ole values that I and I'm sure many others appreciate..............

"Bulb Replacement for Inspection"

I needed to have a bulb replaced so that my vehicle would pass state safety inspection. I went to my auto service dealer, Harbro, and explained my need Within the hour my bulb was replaced and they checked all the other bulbs on my vehicle. Quick, efficient, and friendly service as always from Harbro.
