He helped us trade our truck on a new car and he made the process a breeze. We have been car shopping for a few weeks and we went to 2 different dealerships before we found Hardy Superstore. Long story short, the other dealerships wasted our time and did not stick to their word. My husband inquired about a car at Hardy via phone and spoke with Sam and he was very polite and was understanding. As soon as we got to the dealership Sam let us check out the car and then we test drove it. From there the process went smooth. We had a deal working within minutes. We were there for a little over 2 hours but drove off with a new car. Mitch was also very informative and helpful on the financing part of the process! Great work Sam and Mitch! Highly recommended these guys. Everyone seemed so willing to help, so I recommend anyone. PS sorry for keeping you guys there after closing, but thank you thank you thank you for all the hard work!
