I choose Hare because I know they aren't going to take advantage of me and tell me several things are wrong with it when I brought it in for one issue, as has been my experience in smaller service centers. I can drop off my car and take a rental or wait in the comfortable waiting area. I feel just as comfortable taking my Sonic to Hare as I do when my own dad would fix up my cars.
