This was the 3rd time we used the service department and each time the communication is very poor. All of the issues that we discussed were not addressed. Purely coincidence my service engine light comes on after having my truck serviced here. Then they have my truck an extra day, since they scheduled it without having parts in stock. Actual service and helpfulness of the service advisor was great, but I had called the first time and got VM. Left a VM and waited but never got a callback.
