Be very careful when placing a deposit on a car, unless you are buying the vehicle there is no need to take the risk of loosing your money. Also be careful if buying a vehicle without a warranty, 2 previous owners and unusually low mileage five year old car. The manager was so disrespectful I forgot that I was at a car dealership and thought I was talking to someone that lived in a back alley somewhere. My son went to Harte Suzuki & Harte Used Car Authority to look at cars and found one that he liked. When we look up the car up in the Cars.com website the car show up as costing $14,995. It was the same vehicle, same stock number and Vin number. We printed the ad as it was suggested to lock in the price and took it down to the dealer and spoke to the Mr. Phil Wallace. To our disappointment he did not honor the ad or the price listed in the website that we printed out. Needless to say it was a waste of our time and energy we could not reach a deal <br>I was very upset about this whole matter and when I mentioned that I will be reporting this problem to the Consumer Protection.
