Overall I had a very good experience with Hartford Toyota. I traveled 1 hour from Old Saybrook because of the company's reputation. My sales consult, Leslie Richam was very knowledgeable, pleasant a Toyota. I traveled 1 hour from Old Saybrook because of the company's reputation. My sales consult, Leslie Richam was very knowledgeable, pleasant and explained all my questions or concerns. I feel I received a fair price on my new Toyota Camry, and a reasonable trade on my 2017 Camry. Most importantly, Hartford Toyota did not try to oversell me and overprice me on service contracts. Their pricing was 30% less than the Toyota dealership in Westbrook. More

I had a very frustrating experiencing working with Jeannette Garcia. I had gotten pre-approved and everything was almost set to finalize the deal. Until the very last, upon arriving to the Toyota Hart Jeannette Garcia. I had gotten pre-approved and everything was almost set to finalize the deal. Until the very last, upon arriving to the Toyota Hartford Dealership, Jeannette barely informs me that the car I intended on buying had no title. Which allegedly was going to take 2-3 weeks! Aside from not being transparent and honest with me from the beginning, she tries to get me to sign a temporary loan of motor agreement. Spoke with the manager of sales who told me that the title should be set within 1-2 days (completely contradictory)! Upon canceling the deal, to make matters worse, Jeannette complains to me about how i'm feeling frustrated... considering that I was originally willing to bring them business. This was all an inconvenience and a migraine to say the least! More
