Quick, thorough, courteous and pleasant purchase experience I stopped in to take a look at a new Highlander. TK came over and introduced himself and scoped out my wants and needs. He showed me the features difference on the models I was considering and we quickly narrowed the choice down. We did a road test and when we got back he asked me for the next steps. I looked at a couple of competive makes. I decided the Highlander was what I wanted. I called TK and literally bought the car over the phone last night. We arranged for delivery for tonight. I arrived at the designated time. TK patiently walked me through all the features, I then spent 5 minutes with the business manager and signed the paperwork. TK then brought the general manager over who walked me to my car. He made sure my experience was excellent and asked if there was anything that could have gone better or if TK could have done anything better? I said it was the best sales experience I’ve had buying a car and I would recommend TK to all my friends and family. More

Easy experience I had a very positive car buying experience. I had a couple cars in mind that I wanted to test drive and research. Dave took me on a test drive of the Prius and did a good job of highlighting the car's safety features. He also sold the included warranties and the service work they do at the dealership. I think he would have been happy to sell me right then, but understood I wasn't ready to make a decision and backed off. I test drove a car at another dealership and spent the week weighing the cars I saw and researching before deciding on the Prius. I appreciated that Dakota followed up at the end of the week rather than calling me all week. When she called back I was ready to move forward and things moved quickly from there. Dave did a good job of explaining the options and after I purchased the car, making sure I knew how everything worked. It was a very easy experience and I look forward to visiting Hartford Toyota again for service. More

Fantastic service on 2 cars in two months I purchased a Camry in April . Luis Castillo was my sales professional . He was knowledgeable, courteous and responsive . I was very satisfied with how he handled the sale, and how Luis and Mike Conlon presented their best foot forward right away . This month I had an unfortunate accident where my car was totaled . I called Luis again and told him what happened and I wanted to get the same car , same color and options again . I told him that I would be there in 20 minutes . When I arrived at the dealership , Luis had found a car that was exactly what I was looking for , had it washed and had it brought right up front . THAT is customer service . There is nothing more I hate than calling salesman , telling them I’m coming to look at a specific car , get there and it’s still in backlot covered in two weeks of pollen . Once again Luis and Mike put a deal together for me and had the car ready for me within 3 days . I have been in sales for 30 years and bend over backwards for my clients . My Toyota Experience I was at Hartford Toyota on 06/21/2018, our car salesman was Rob Bigelow was amazing, not pushy listened to what we wanted and gave us several options I was at Hartford Toyota on 06/21/2018, our car salesman was Rob Bigelow was amazing, not pushy listened to what we wanted and gave us several options. I originally went in looking at a Toyoyta 4 runner. I tried a couple out he did a great job explaining the vehicle to us. I ended not liking it and the nice thing was he did not push us into it, he gave us time to think and a gave us other option choices. I then saw the Toyota Highlander I told him the color choice I liked went out to the lot and brought me the perfect car. We test drove it and I knew it was mine. All and all I had a great experience and I will be recommending Hartford Toyota and Salesman Rob Bigelow to anyone who is looking to buy. More
