Usually Hassett Subaru does very good work. The service people are friendly & thorough. They give you a coupon for a free carwash nearby. However, this last visit we had to leave our Forester overnight bec people are friendly & thorough. They give you a coupon for a free carwash nearby. However, this last visit we had to leave our Forester overnight bec they called to say they were having trouble installing the software update - the main reason we went to Hassett (we also got an oil change). The MySubaru/Starlink software continues to give an error message reading: “Not set up properly - contact help desk”. So we have to make an other call and perhaps take it in again … 12 miles away More
