This is my 2nd lease of a Sonata and am very pleased with the professionalism of all of the staff at the dealership they make you feel as you are part of the family. I first went to Scholfield Hyundai West and didn't feel very welcome . I almost didn't buy a Hyundai because of that but for some reason I decided to go to the east location....I am so glad I did. Debbie met me at the front door with a friendly smile on her face. She didn't rush me and was not pushy (hate fake, pushy car salesman). She explained all the features and answered all my questions. She showed me around the dealership so when I come back for service I will know where to go and what to do. Debbie made me feel right at home like no question was stupid. She even helped me clean out my trade in and set up my phone (couldn't have done it without her). While I was signing the papers she had my beautiful new Hyundai Tucson cleaned and tag on it.............Such a wonderful welcoming experience.
