Not honest at all. I scheduled an appointment for a full diagnostic on the Engine. I asked the tech to let me know if the engine had problems as the check engine was on and another Mecanic had recommended m diagnostic on the Engine. I asked the tech to let me know if the engine had problems as the check engine was on and another Mecanic had recommended me to get a new car due to too many issues related to the engine and the total cost would be more than the car value. The Chevrolet tech let me know that one injector was bad and needed to be change and promised that was the only issue. The car was repaired there and when I picked it up the light was still on. The tech then said it was a sensor and ran some codes. Then days later he said because of the bad injectors it impacted the cat converters. Being that you guys make these cars and know and understand the mechanical part the tech did not know about the cat converters being bad? What about the full diagnostic did not show the problem? What about informing the client the truth about the result that may happen when the engine leaks? I’m very upset and disappointed. The total cost to fix the injectors and converters will cost me more than the car value like the other Mecanic said. If I was told the truth I would have purchased a new car! But you guys did not care about me spending the money fixing something that’s was not going to repair the problem. You just wanted to make your repair to meet your sales goals. Very dishonest! I took my car there because I felt Chevrolet would give me a honest diagnostic vs a local Mecanic in town. I would never recommend this place and hopefully the owners of this dealership are aware of how you make business! More

I know dealerships tend to be more than garages. But I really believe you get what you pay for. This dealership has skilled workers and they are very honest about what you need and don't need. And they never talk down to you even if you know nothing about cars. It's also great that they value loyal customers and really do try to help as much as they can.
