It took 4 service agents and 4 trips before my Jeep is hopefully fixed. I should not have to call and email for 2 months and my husband to speak to the owner before anything was done hopefully fixed. After paying over $14,000. 00, my car is still not functioning properly and it seems to be no major concern to anyone… I called to advise that after full payment and almost 2 mo 00, my car is still not functioning properly and it seems to be no major concern to anyone… I called to advise that after full payment and almost 2 months, my Check Engine Light came on for the second time…. I called Tuesday, September 12 and was told I could bring my car in on Thursday, September 21 to be looked at… This is beyond ridiculous!!! More
