Purchased a 2019 Highlander from Heiser knowing there was an issue with one of the mirrors. The mirror was on order and I had to come back to have it replaced. On the way down I noticed the low tire pressure an issue with one of the mirrors. The mirror was on order and I had to come back to have it replaced. On the way down I noticed the low tire pressure light came on. I asked them to take a look at it as I was traveling out of state and wanted to make sure my family was safe. Within minutes Vincent came and told me there was a plug in the tire that was leaking and instead of throwing another plug in the tire they put a brand new tire on at no charge. This made me feel very good about our trip and was impressed on how quick they took care of the tire and mirror and got us on our way. Top notch service for sure. More

The service writers were overwhelmed and understaffed when i arrived. when I was finally talking to the service writer, he asked what I was there for (which he should be able see in system) and I noticed when i arrived. when I was finally talking to the service writer, he asked what I was there for (which he should be able see in system) and I noticed behind him a special flashing through their monitor on the wall that included an oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, battery test for the same price as the oil change only: $59.99. When i asked for that better service package he said it would cost more to do the those additional services. I showed him him the ad behind him, to his surprise. I got the better deal, but was surprised he didn’t know it was available. Otherwise, experience was fine and fast. More
