I brought in my 2013 c300 4matic in for a check engine light to Helms a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I decided to drop it off early in the morning at 7am before work. Since it was my first time at light to Helms a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I decided to drop it off early in the morning at 7am before work. Since it was my first time at the service dept I had to fill out some light paperwork. I was nervous I would miss my 7:18am train but Sophia was very helpful and diligent in making sure someone drove me to the train station - I was able to make my train and I have her to thank for that (and the driver)!. When I brought my car in I figured it must just be a minor sensor issue and I would have the car back that afternoon or the next day the latest. But to make a long story short my car had a timing and camshaft issue and ended up needing a brand new engine! A month later I finally received my car back and its running great. Thanks to Richard Grein's excellent customer service he was able to make an unfortunate and untimely situation (holiday season!) as painless as possible. You can imagine how upsetting it is to find out your brand new car has such a huge issue, but Richard secured a loaner for me and followed up frequently with updates on the progress of my car. Knowing my car was in good hands was very stress relieving and allowed me to enjoy the holidays instead of worrying. The girls in the front and the valet staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would like to thanks Richard and of course all the mechanics and foreman for all their help in fixing my baby and getting her back to me before the new year. Thank you again I appreciate the excellent customer service! More

My service advisor Giacomo Liporato was not only understanding of my concern, he was professional and delivered what he promised. I left the service department with my problem corrected and my car w understanding of my concern, he was professional and delivered what he promised.
