This dealership is the most honest that I’ve ever dealt with. The service department says on schedule and willing to work you in when needed as was in the case last time. There was an issue recently with my Jeep Wagoneer and I had 2 upcoming trips of roughly 3,000 miles. They found the problem, fixed it, serviced the vehicle and I was on my way in about 2 hours. I thought that was amazing! No other dealership would have been so kind and understanding. This is another reason I keep coming back to purchase more vehicles. Because it seems like that everyone genuinely cares. Our sales person, Jamie Joyner is also top-notch. I bought 6 vehicles from her last year and one the year before. She has always made herself available and will get back with me on anything that I need if have already doesn’t know the answer. Steve Helms and his wife Becky are wonderful people and we’ve become friends over the last few years. Steve is always on top of things and leads by example.
