Highly recommend Blair he was professional and has an eagerness for hard work. I was very impressed that when he knew I was in a hurry he went and helped detail the car. You could tell he thought one step ahead of each process to make certain my wait was not prolonged. All staff I encountered was friendly and made surroundings welcoming.
I purchased my previous vehicle fourteen years ago and drove it to the point of no return. It was time to start shopping around. I went from dealership to dealership and heard the same sales lines over and over. I walked into Hendrick Acura for the first time on a Saturday evening ten minutes to close and met Melissa Adrian. Melissa was more than willing to take a test drive even though they were closed. I did not hear one single annoying sales line from anyone at Acura. Melissa was down to earth, accommodating, and made sure my car buying needs were met. Melissa also took the time to introduce us to the Service department so we knew where to go for future oil changes.
Willie in Service was friendly and greeted us with a smile.
Michael in Finances explained paperwork thoroughly and worked hard to get the best interest rate possible.
