Cody Hendrix was my service advisor that met me at my car when I pulled in the garage, He introduced himself and actually remembered me from other visits. That in itself was warming and impressive. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the condition of my car. Once all info was entered into the computer he kept me informed of the diagnosis of my car. He has a wonderful personality and truly interested in getting me back on the road. Unfortunately, that was not going to be the case, He made arrangements to have me taken to Enterprise Auto rental. This experience is just an example of his continued professionalism, More than that it was very obvious that the other service technicians possess the same attitude. Good leadership and customer training ranks high at this dealership. I feel that all other customers will feel and experience this philosophy. More
