You can always just drive right into maintenance bay where your advisor is with you from word go. Jeff Grossman is my Advisor of choice. He is always fast, efficient & friendly. Jeff goes the extra mile to make sure I know all the maintenance options for my car. When the work is done all of the paperwork & payments are handled @ his desk which saves time. Thank you Hendrick Honda & Jeff Grossman!

I was very satisfied to get my Honda back with the replaced air bags in the time advised which included a free vehicle inspection. I received a ride home from Nat in the courtesy van and he was very personable and professional, enjoyed the service both ways! My service point of contact was Joe, he was also very personable, pleasant and took the time to listen to my vehicle concerns. Overall I can honestly say my car has always been serviced at Hendrick Honda with the best and most honest service advice I have received - even if it was unpalatable sometimes.
