Car went in for a warranty repair (replacement transmission). I was on the road and couldn't get to my normal dealer. Staying almost an hour away from the dealership, they didn't provide a loaner, which was a pretty big inconvenience for me. The work was delayed, then performed by a rookie tech. When I got the car back, the new transmission whined while cruising. The tech neglected to properly install (or install at all) two transmission bellhousing bolts. Finally, they dropped the car's exhaust on the ground and bent one of the tips -- I only noticed that after I got the car home. Service advisor was okay, but wasn't interested in making sure that my needs and concerns were met. Poor service experience, I would avoid.
