poor customer service I had booked an appointment using their chat method and was given a date and time.got called by the service dept that mon (my appointment tue 8 am). I had booked an appointment using their chat method and was given a date and time.got called by the service dept that mon (my appointment tue 8 am).D/w Dan who was the person and he listened and then tells me they cant take the car till next mon.I told him that they have given me a appointment for yue how is that possible,His reply was very brusque and almost rude that we have nobody scheduled in our system.There is some problem with their site and their system and they should be helpful regarding their mistakes and not have such poor attitude .it seems most of the service dealers for porsche have poor attitude and don't know how to conduct themselves with their customers.Is More

He rendered the best service I have ever received from any Service Department. He provided detailed information about the service I needed and ensured that everything was done that he mentioned. Steve is very professional, extremely knowledgable, thorough, easy going, friendly, and respectful. He is definitely very attentive and people-oriented, moreover, he answered all my questions. He even took time to help me get familiarized with my navigation system, and other features in my car. Steve Richardson is simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ! I really look forward to my next Cayenne service just because of the super stelar service I received from this gentleman! More

Their communication is awful, techs are careless and their salesmen are sharky. After my first year service on my current Porsche, I am amazed at the difference driving a little further would make. Hennessy is awesome! I am also a customer at their Cadillac store and have had a great experience there. Avoid Porsche Perimeter like the plague, they suck!!! Steve Richardson is a great communicator and is always available. He is also a real car enthusiast, unlike the service advisors at Ellis. The Russian guy is also awesome. More
