The receptionist/service advisor, Ashleigh was exceptionally welcoming, and exuded prof my vehicle maintenance needs, and I was thoroughly impressed. Its a great dealer and the service department is great, but its the little things that I dont recieve that adds up kind of annoying me. After paying for a hefty repair for a new vehicle that is a year old but its the little things that I dont recieve that adds up kind of annoying me. I just had another awesome experience with Audi Brookline Service. I called after losing all air pressure in one of my tires. I was informed that I could continue to drive due to having run flat tires and t Service. I called after losing all air pressure in one of my tires. Upon arrival, Advisor Kervens Noël assured me that they would take care of the issue and have me on my way. Inspection determined that tire was punctured by a sharp object. Within 1 hour Kervens was able to get my tire warranty verified and authorized and a new tire installed. You can’t ask for better service than that! More
