Stopped in because they are virtually across the street from my office. I wanted to discuss the Ford Maverick. I worked with a sales rep who was seeming new(ish), discussed what I wanted based on a build I from my office. I wanted to discuss the Ford Maverick. I worked with a sales rep who was seeming new(ish), discussed what I wanted based on a build I created on Ford's website, and received a quote. The sales manager added a $5,000 'dealer fee' to the final price of the vehicle. Non-negotiable... every dealer has to do it they said. Bullsh*t. Talked to 2 other dealers, and ordered from Colonial in Plymouth instead... MSRP. That is essentially what every other dealer in the country (with the exception of 1 in PA who gives a 2% discount to get the volume) is doing. I let the H.C. sales guy know why I went somewhere else, and suggested he look for a job at another, reputable dealer. More
