They also are very good about getting it done quickly so you are not waiting a long time and always updating me on the progress oh my vehicle which I like. I bought my new car here as well less than a year ago and the salesman and the general manager were very helpful and made sure I was getting the best vehicle possible within my budget. They saved me money and they also gave me a good amount for my trade in. You won’t be dissapointed! More
Above and beyond I had my 1999 f150 towed to the dealership as my computer had stopped working. Andy explained that do to the age of vehicle it would need to be sent t I had my 1999 f150 towed to the dealership as my computer had stopped working. Andy explained that do to the age of vehicle it would need to be sent to California to be rebuilt. As the truck is in excellent shape with only 100 thousand miles it was worth the time money and effort to save the truck. Computer was returned with note stating unable to repair. Andy explained that if I could find a compatible one he'd be more than happy to resolve the issue. Found one and Andy,and Jose took excellent care to get my truck back to me. I'm very appreciative of the care and excellent service they both provided as this truck is my baby and am not ready to party with it. More
30000 Mile Service I had 31,000 miles on the car and needed a oil change. He was courteous, and asked me what criteria was most important to me in a car. He was knowledgeable about both the Edge and Explorer explained in detail all features was patient thru multiple test drives. On delivery day he programmed everything and several days later made a follow up call to make sure everything was ok .,when I told him I was nervous about park assist he offered to have me come in so he could help me with it . I have bought 11 cars and this was by far the best sales experience I have had . Clone Richard King and u will sell more cars!! More
