Great experience first time buying As a first time car buyer, I couldn't have had a better experience than the one I had with Rene LaPaz at the Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. I was in a As a first time car buyer, I couldn't have had a better experience than the one I had with Rene LaPaz at the Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled so I was driving a rental. The person who hit me had State Farm (whom I had a terrible experience with...) and they wouldn't cover the rental for long. Needless to say, buying a car was stressful and I was losing money on the rental by the day. I put a 'hold' on a car but upon further examination of the CarFax, I wasn't comfortable buying it. I decided to look at Lexus's website as a friend had suggested Rene as an honest car salesman who would 'treat me right' and 'tell me the truth' about the car/what I could expect. I had narrowed my search down to a 2015 or 2016 Audi A3. I didn't think the Lexus dealership would have any used Audi's, but low and behold they did when I checked (the A3 too!) Taking this as a sign, I went in and met Rene and drove the car. I said I would have to think about it (it wasn't in my first pick color and didn't have every feature I was looking for) and he completely understood... One of the features was the car's lack of a reverse camera, but he said I could always install that in the future if I wanted to... Fast forward a week or so later and I came back for a second test drive. This time he let me take the car myself with my friend who had driven me to the dealership (I had returned the rental). This was the first time I was given this opportunity by a salesperson (I had been to 3 other locations at this point) and it certainly made me feel more comfortable in the car. Considering the mileage, reasonable (no-haggle at Herb) price and how comfortable I felt in the car, I decided this was the car I was going to go with. Again, I was a first-time car buyer, so the process was new to me, but Rene made it feel seamless. Buying a car from someone you trust is really comforting. I have been driving the car for a few months now, the color has grown on me, the car drives incredibly smooth, and my friends and family are still jealous - so I feel pretty good about it! Rene ordered a special holder for my front plate so that it wouldn't damage the car, I went back to get that installed free of charge. Got a free car wash too. They have free wifi, coffee, and food as you wait for your car to be serviced. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. Ask for Rene LaPaz! More

Great Service Ronni has been my service advisor for a number of years. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She is great with recommendations on what serv Ronni has been my service advisor for a number of years. She goes out of her way to take care of you. She is great with recommendations on what services you should have done immediately and which items you can take care of later. She is especially good with unusual situations such as when something that needs to be taken care of is not covered by warranty. She was able to work with Lexus and get me a "goodwill" that saved me $750. When I needed replacement tires and wanted a specific special tire not stocked by Lexus she ordered the tires from an outside supplier and arranged to have them installed on car. She is the greatest. More

I just happened to call the Herb Chambers of Lexus just for some general information and I got James Burbine who answered my call, and to my pleasant surprise he was absolutely superb. He treated me as if I was talking to him face to face, his product knowledge was second to none, his patience with my multitude of questions was quite refreshing since it was just a phone call. I do know this if I do decide to go with a Lexus for my new car I will only see James Burbine. More
We loved working with Chris! We went last night to look at cars, and potentially trade in my Jeep. We were lucky enough to work with Chris, who was extremely helpful! We looked at two cars, and fell in love with a used Lexus. Chris and his sales manager worked to give us a deal that we felt extremely comfortable with. It was clear they wanted us to be comfortable with our monthly payment, and they did whatever they could to make that happen. While we filled out paper work, Chris took the new car to get a final clean up, and he even put a giant bow on the car to make it special. I feel that sometimes dealerships don’t value their used car buyers as much as new car buyers, but I felt that Chris and his team really worked to make it a great experience for us. Chris taught us about the features of the car, and took a few extra minutes out of his night (he already stayed way past closing to help us finish the deal) to take a few pictures of us with our new car! I appreciated that Chris was so kind, and easy going throughout the process. I was very nervous to trade in my car, but he made the process easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership, and if Chris is available, you should definitely ask for him! More
Excellent Customer Service I came in for a regular check up and Ken Alves was friendly and easy to deal with. When I left I noticed something wrong with my wipers and immediate I came in for a regular check up and Ken Alves was friendly and easy to deal with. When I left I noticed something wrong with my wipers and immediately called Ken. He said it may have been a mistake from when they washed it and replaced my wiper very quickly no questions asked. I understand mistakes happen and Ken's response to it was excellent customer service. Great Job! More
Ken Alves is a key player in the service department One day I happened to be driving by this dealership when 2 warning lights came on my ES350. Ike everyone else I hate seeing these lights. I pulled in with no appointment and was immediately greeted by Mr Alves. Within no time at all we discovered I only needed some air in the tires and a new key battery. I just can’t say enough good things about this employee, not only did he set tire pressures he also took care of my battery and even got me a wash. I hope Mr Chambers takes a moment to recognize it’s the people who make a difference, everything else is just brick and mortar. More
