Unlike most sales people, Ralph listened to our buying needs and didn’t force us to look at vehicles that weren’t of interest. Ralph made us feel like family rather than customers. He made sure to deliver what we asked for in the easiest possible way. Ralph addressed both me and my husband and even went the extra mile in conversing with my little one. At the end of the day, I can say we are proud to have him as our sales person!!!
