Your feedback questionnaire is set up so an accurate representation is not being reflected. Don't misinterpret a positive review of the Service Department as a sign of an overall pleasant experience from the dealership. Having sales personnel who follow up promptly regarding the specific vehicle of interest with customers motivated to buy could be a step in the right direction for Heritage.

Arthur Fritz called me, I called him back and left a message. No response. I also emailed Arthur directly. So, your explanation doesn't hold water. And during a prior visit, what should've been about 6hrs, turned into 3 days. After the 1st day I was told by service that the mechanic "just... left, and I don't know where he is in the process". Arthur said he'd take care of those issues also.
