He was very sincere and honest during the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable. He didn't spend a lot of time trying to impress or dazzle us. Instead, he took the time to understand us and our family's needs and what we wanted. Along with John, Tony Pozderac (Manager) was a huge help with the entire process. Long story short, they made a great solid offer (well below invoice), but we wanted to continue to shop around. We thought we could find a better deal....We couldn't have been more wrong. Two other dealers promised to beat the price, but once they found out how much Heritage was going to save us they backed out last minute because THE DEAL WAS TOO GOOD. So, with our tail between our legs we went back into Heritage and they STOOD BY THEIR OFFER. In fact, THEY BEAT THEIR ORIGINAL OFFER, AGAIN. John and Tony actually adjusted the price of the vehicle again, in order, to help get our monthly payment down to a better number without having to put more money down.
