Over and Above I brought my husband's truck in for one specific repair. On my way to the dealership, the tire pressure fault light came on. My husband called me and I brought my husband's truck in for one specific repair. On my way to the dealership, the tire pressure fault light came on. My husband called me and asked that they check it out. Although the original work order was already complete, they immediately rolled our truck back, and checked the sensors. Just to reassure me, Gary Graham checked the pressure on all of the tires, inflating one that was a little low. I've been buying my vehicles from Heritage for over 30 years. My next one will be another Ford from Heritage. More

She is professional, charming and truthful- the biggest quality in dealing with a repair of its kind. I was promised a certain time frame and she went over and beyond to make sure it was exact. Professional and personable, quality service. I called Heritage Ford in S. Burlington, VT in need of roadside assistance for, what turned out to be, a minor issue with my 2015 F-150. Although I knew I was in no danger, both Heritage and Ford Roadside Assistance clearly made me feel my safety and situation was their top priority. Quicker than I anticipated, my truck and I were transported to Heritage where the problem was identified and fixed. A big thanks to Katie Smith in the service department.
