I had the pleasure of dealing with Jill Cavelli while the service writer happened to be out for lunch and was blown away with her dedication, professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to help fix a minor problem - one which she did not create she simply caught the error. Extremely helpful and where I would say I would most certainly want her as a member of my team, I was even more beyond shocked to find out when asking her what her title was to find out she was the dealerships Operations Manager .... and when the phone rings shes helping by answering service department calls! I can only imagine how long the list of her other responsibilities are. So far she has gone above and beyond to ensure that a customer, whom she had never dealt with prior to answering the call, gets the most exceptional and top of the line customer service. As I am sure your aware she is a valuable asset to your organization. Thank you Heritage and Thank You So Much Jill!
