I took my car in for it's first service. A simple oil change. I waited over 2 hours for this. When I got my car back it smelled like raw fuel. There was a hand smudge print on my door. I appreciate the video of the inspection but I feel like this was a bit overkill for a first service and added to my wait time. I was about to just leave at the 1.5 hour mark but was told my car was in process at that time. My biggest concern is the high level of gas smell inside my brand new leather interior car now. I am not at all happy with this service. I really wanted to be happy and dismissive of this but I just can't give a high rating for this. More

8:20 am Appointment for an Oil Change. Took 2.5 Hours! Was told that they were Over Booked and under staffed.(NOT MY PROBLEM) I have been taking my 3i there for almost 8 years. Brought my Mazda CX-5 in Saturday first time. Got a oil change. I was told my rear shocks were bad and I needed all 4 tires replaced. When I told service writer ok warranty should cover it. So today I had two placed look at my car nothing wrong with my shocks just need a tire rotation. This place is a disgrace. Trying to get warranty work and make me buy tires I don’t need. More
