I decided on the spot to trade it in for a new van. I dealt with Justin Menzes and Aaron Phillips. I wanted the same exact van, same color, just new model. We negotiated the details and I picked it up the next day. Aaron Phillips came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. Aaron was super friendly and even helped me unload and transfer all the "junk" from my old van to the new van. I appreciated Aaron taking the time to program my new electronic settings and go over all the new features. Zach pleasantly greeted and showed me the Fit EX and we went for a test drive. He told me that the Fit does come in yellow, though, they didn't have an LX or EX in stock at the time. I refused to get another color as I really wanted yellow. I went to a competitor's dealership in Bethesda on the ruse that they had a yellow Fit LX available. They kept pushing the EX and I felt pressured there to buy. Then, Zach called with great news that they had a yellow Fit LX and to come by! I couldn't be happier! He was never pushy to buy, nor was he making me anxious about purchasing or leasing. He was so easy-going, honest and amenable that I definitely wanted to give him my business over the other guys!
