I was supposed to get $2,500. Retail Trade Assistance. It is nowhere to be seen in the contract. Also they gave me $6000.for my car instead of $8 000. as talked about. They even changed me $4.00 tire recycling few on a car I no longer owned. I ask Kendra about the teachers discount. She said she would take care of that. I wasn't offended any additional papers wotk on that. I never got that as well. I know as the buyer I am responsible for the paperwork when I buy a car. Why am I also responsible for the paperwork when I sell you my car? If you can give me the $995. for the Guardian Protection that I didn't ask for or was applied to my car.$495. for the itching I didn't ask for or was put on my car. $2,500.Retailer Trade Assistance that you advertised and was not shown on my contracted. I was told by Michael that I qualified for. I have a copy of the advertisement. I would be satisfied. If a picture of the add is needed I can send it .

I wasn't given a choice on the vin etching . I was just charged for it. It is supposed to be up optional. I paid $495. They never discussed this change. I wouldn't have agreed at all.

I just talked to Kendra, she said that the agreement was for them to give me $3,000. for my car. That was never agreed on. She said they gave me $6,000. which was included the $2,500. Retail Assistance Trade It was not documented in the paperwork. That is not in the contract at all.

The only unwanted change that I was reimbursed for was the service contract. The itching the window was not done but I was change for it. I was never asked if I wanted it done. The charge appeared on my contract. I wasn't asked if I wanted the Guardian Protection. I was change for it $995. I talked to other Hertrich dealership and was told by them that the itching and Guardian Protection was done after the sale. I was not given the option to decline. I Talk to Hertrich in Easton today and they said it was done before I bought the car. I had the car charged out and the Guardian protection had not been applied. I asked for reimbursement for them and was denied.
