I went to Hewlett Volkswagen after having purchased a Toyota two months before and decided that the Toyota was not what I wanted but rather preferred the German engineered vehicles I was accustomed to! With that being said I had spoken to a VW dealership in Austin and wasn’t treated the best so I decided to take my business to hewlett, Ken A. Was my salesperson and he not only exceeded my expectations but he also made sure to give me all the info, work with me on my trade in and even walked me through on how to set up the app for my vehicle and how to use the vehicle since I had purchased a 4motion awd. He was kind, courteous, transparent with pricing and very attentive to my requests and questions! When my husband and I were greeted by Day A. In The finance department I felt comfortable. One of the reasons I was unhappy with my Toyota purchase was the dishonesty from the automation finance department when it came to the Autonation warranties. Having told Ken A. this he made sure to let Day A. Know this and she was so amazing at explaining exactly what I was getting with each warranty, she gave me proper literature on each and was very helpful in making sure that I was carefree as I made my selections! I honestly am so happy with my purchase, I know exactly what I bought and would highly recommend working with Ken A. If you have ever had a bad experience anywhere else and want to feel taken care of! Thanks again to Ken and Day for making this such an easy choice! More

Ophelia was able to get me in a brand new 2024 VW Tiguan SE R Line for a FEW GRAND cheaper than what i got offered for a 2023 VW Tiguan with 4k miles on it at the other VW dealer! Will definitely be referring Hewlett VW, specifically Ophelia, to anyone that is interested in a new VW. The process to purchase and leave in the new car was quick and seamless as well! they even stayed passed hours of business and was not showing any signs of rushing at all from Ophelia or the Finance Officer.
