Vehicle shopping as parents of 2 rowdy boys, SUCCESS We have been casually vehicle shopping for quite awhile. Brooks was always patient with my questions about this vehicle or that one. When we decided to peruse the Pacifica (Her name is now Penelopy by the way), it was almost like the whole dealership knew this was THE ONE. Everyone is always so pleasant when we walked in the door, the first smiling helpful face being Ashley, but when it was for the van it just felt different. The process was quick and without hickups. Andrea & Ashley even helped occupy our boys to help the process along without interruption. Brandon gave us a very fair trade for our ole girl, Betty (a white town & country) and we were even personally congratulated by the owner of the GM store, Greg. Red, in the clean up shop, made sure she was clean and without a speck on dirt, she sparkled! Be prepared to drop hours and hours if you say no/negotiate They will waste so much of your day in hopes of getting more money. We came to lot after viewing cars online. Test drove 2 and made a decision within 30 minutes. Made appt to come back the next day to seal the deal. Came back with trade in, took them almost an hour to "assess" it. Gave us a super lowball offer. Well below blue book, and claimed it was because they are so fair on their car prices. We decided to go for it anyway as we needed to upgrade quickly. After repeatedly turning down the clear coat xxxxxxxx upgrades, we were ushered into the managers office for financing. We came prepared with our own credit union financing and still spent close to an hour going over plan after plan. Their end goal was to get us to spend over $3k for a warranty we didn't want. Even tried to get us to change from our 1.79% rate for 60mo to a 3.25% rate for 84 months to make the monthly payments the same. Who wants to pay a higher rate for 2 more years for a warranty??? The cars they sell should be in good working order and not need that warranty that barely covers anything. After spending 4 1/2 hours that visit, we then had to come back the following day to pick up a second key fob, which we had an appt for...that took another 2 hours. I assume the other reviewers agreed to the extras quickly and never said no or tried to negotiate. Don't be tricked...they are good at trying to make it look like they are helping to get you a deal. Really the only positive was that the salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Will most likely never shop here again. We have bought from the dealer across the street and literally walked in, test drive, bought the same day with zero pressure for upgrades and only spent 2 hours before. More

A day with the gals It started with 4 ladies over 65 & lunch at COCO China. Afterwards I said now, let's go look at cars! Off ww went to Hiday's. Brian came to us almost as soon as our feet hit the pavement! We got out to size up the Chrysler Town & County vans. He came with lots of information & friendliness. It came down to two & he helped me with the pros on each & let me test drive. All of us gals hopped in & took off for a spin with my little 95 yr old mom friend asking a few timed what we were doing. Testing the car out & enjoying the drive! Brian was quite helpful & answered all our questions and then As I contemplated he took care of my 95 yr old friend & her daughter with cookies. He was smooth, kind, polite , & courteous to us "older ladies" I was excited, & apprehensive and Brian gave me time to talk over issues with my friends & I ended up buying my 2015 red Town & Country Touring L van! More
