Two words: Bad business. I came to check out a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT at Acura of Fort Worth. After test driving the car and having my credit approved, I was ready to purcha I came to check out a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT at Acura of Fort Worth. After test driving the car and having my credit approved, I was ready to purchase the car. However, the manager informed me that one of owner’s family friend’s kid wanted to check out the Jeep as well. Since they were friends of the owner, they got priority even though they weren’t even physically there with their trade-in and I was. I was told they would probably get there in 45 minutes, so I just left. I had spoken to the other owner about how this was such bad business on their part and he agreed but still prioritized the other owner’s family friends. If this was the situation from the start, the car should not have been posted, I should not have taken it for a test drive and gotten my credit checked and approved - such a waste of time! I may not be the one to serve the karma but best believe God knows and saw everything! Will never come to this dealership again. If you find a car you like here, just know that there is a chance you won’t get it if one of the owners personally knows someone else wants to check it out, even if you’re physically there, even if your credit is approved, even if you’re ready to sign papers. In short, F this place, save yourself the time and go somewhere else. More
