I have done business with Hiley Mazda for approx. 10 years. Their service personnel and sales personnel qre extremely helpful and knowledgable. Would not keep coming back if this were not true. I have bought 2 cars from them and neither time was I pressured into anything. I was treated with respect which was extremely important to me since I am female. I ask a lot of questions and if they did not know an answer, they would find out for me. Again, treated with respect. My car is only 2 years old (2015 Mazda 6)) so I had no intention of getting a new one until the current one was paid off. While waiting on my oil change and tire rotation, Mike W. (sales) introduced himself and asked it I might be interested in a newer model because they really could use some used cars. I said not unless I can make a deal where my current payments do not increase. Thanks to Mike W., Shelby, and one of the managers, I walked out of there with a lease agreement for a 2017 Mazda 6.

We have had a Mazda 3 since 2010 and have experienced nothing but EXCELLENT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE! We had the car in for service , which was past the warranty. However, because we had maintained the proper service with the Hiley Dealership over the years on a consistent basis, Shane and Kelly in the service dept. were able to get it totally covered. I was given a brand new loaner car to drive to work so I was not out any inconvenience during the repair time, which gave us NEW CAR FEVER!! Right before the car was ready, a nice young man, Quincey Martin called and offered us a very fair Trade-in for our car!! Because Quincy was very professional and was not pushy, we took a look and upgraded our Mazda to a 2015 CX5 the next day!! Quincy is a young man, with a great future ahead of him. I can say the whole team of Service, Sales, Finance was SUPERIOR and we highly recommend YOU experience THE HIGHLY MAZDA TEAM IN ARLINGTON, TEXAS! "Come in for an oil change and leave with a 2015 Mazda 6"

I came into the dealership for an oil change on my 2009 Mazda 6 with no intention on buying a car. Quincey interrupted me while in the waiting room about a a promotion they were currently running I showed no interest at all but Quincey was a upfront and honest with me. I came for a service visit and left with a 2015 Mazda 6 all thanks to Quincey. I had a great customer experience.

"Not one of the Best, "The Best""

I have been in the DFW area over ten years now, I'm driving my 1st Mazda, a Mazda 5 and in the words of my old 1st Sgt. I have words to the wise to be Sufficient. Shane King and the service department are the best, in what they do, "Hands Down" To all the other Car Dealer Service Departments, I got two words "Prove It". The people here will do the best job, your money can buy. I have had a lot of heartburn, with other service departments, But Hiley Mazda is the best. We all just want one thing, Stand behind your Car, you will get that, and more here, in front to the side, and they will even ride with you. If you are looking for a car brand, with service that will not only go Ten yards, but all the way to the end zone, "This is it"
