I bought a 2010 TDI. Kenneth worked hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I really appreciate his honesty and no pressure sale. Rezwan was unable to explain several of the forms I was supposed to sign. He seemed to get a little testy that I dared to question some of the forms. Later the sales manager asked me to sign one corrected form. Theresa (Tax & Title) on the other hand was very patient with me and answered my questions about some of the forms cheerfully! More

After arriving at the wholesaler's lot I notified the salesman that I wanted to take the car for an inspection, he reluctantly agreed. I made it almost to the dealership when the car died and would not crank. The salesman brought a tow dolly and brought it to Hiley's only to find out that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. I had already decided not to purchase this car or any other from this dealer so I followed my gut instinct and told the salesman I was no longer interested. So...what better place to look for a VW than a Volkswagen dealer...I asked to see a salesman and was set up with Gerald Hutton. We looked over a few different cars but ended up in the one he orginally chose based on the information I gave him. I had resisted driving it because I didn't want to spend that much but, it was the perfect car for me..and in the end, I chose the 2009 Jetta Tdi. Gerald was so very knowledgable and went over that car button by button and feature by feature. He not only explained each and every detail on that particular model but also noted the changes from previous models. Gerald is a total professional as well as a gentleman. His no pressure sales approach and matter of fact way of presenting the details of every car we looked at was what sold me on the Jetta I purchased. I am 100% satisfied and only wished that I lived closer so that I might be able to send more business his way. Found that this dealership sales people were very helpful and attempted to covered the all questions. They all went out of their way to be helpful and to make the time spent there pleasant . Ken Erwin was very easy to deal with in that I told him what I was looking for along with model Volkswagen and they quickly and easily assisted me.
