Although the personnel were nice and everything was explained to me, communications could have been better. I'm not happy with the fact that right off the bat this car I bought needs a new transmissio explained to me, communications could have been better. There may not be any way they would have known that it needed a new one, but I don't know anything about cars, so I'm left at a disadvantage. I think overall, this facility is good, and I'd probably recommend them to others, but would warn them to be cautious about their purchase. I wish the mechanic would be more communicative as to the status of the car. I've had to be the one to call him to get updates. I'd like to hear from him once in a while. As it stands now, Tuesday will be two weeks since my car has bee in the shop. More
