Over the last year and a half we have been utilizing the service department as well as visiting the new sales area. We had a newer Ford truck we brought several times in for normal service with no issues un service department as well as visiting the new sales area. The new service manager, James came and corrected all the wrong issues. He restored our belief in this Ford dealership. During this time we had also been debating about purchasing a new vehicle. Srie Kay spent many hours willingly helping us research and test drive several vehicles. She knew up front we were not ready to buy, but in the future we would. With that knowledge she still took the time and made sure we had all of our questions answered. She was always pleasant and did not make us feel like we were wasting her time. We also met Michelle when Srie was busy. She helped fill in for Srie even knowing that we were not sure when or what we would buy and that Srie was our sales associate. Last night we finally showed up to the dealership ready to buy and still unsure what vehicle to buy. All of our research and test drives had us leaning towards a vehicle that was almost 600 miles away. We were ready for them to order that in for us when we realized the very first vehicle we test drove had everything we wanted AND they had it on the lot! I am sure it had to be frustrating for Srie to go through this whole ordeal just to buy the very first test driven vehicle (it was the same make and model, not the exact one we test drove). We must say it was a pleasure not feeling pressured or pressed. We told Srie our intentions up front and she worked with us as if we were her most important clients. I would encourage that the owners take time to get to know Srie, Michelle and James in order to see the people that make them the success that they are.
