Had a great experience buying a used SUV at this dealership. Our salesperson, Andrea Crosby, was phenomenal. She was friendly, polite and respectful throughout the whole transaction, and is an exper dealership. Our salesperson, Andrea Crosby, was phenomenal. She was friendly, polite and respectful throughout the whole transaction, and is an expert on Mazda vehicles. There were no games, everything was very transparent. I believe the salespeople at Hodges are not commission-based. As with any big purchase we wanted to do our due diligence. Andrea went above and beyond by accommodating all our requests including a 3rd party used vehicle inspection, and always found a way to arrive at solution that everyone was happy with. We met a couple of the technicians during our visit and they were also very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up with a very clean used vehicle at a good price. They even threw in several free oil changes for the future. Easily the best Mazda dealership in the area. More
