Hi, I realize that your dealership did not establish the fuel efficiency ratings. Kia has paid out several settlements for the biggest class action suits in this industry and with my experience I realize it’s still happening. I feel bad that such good people, sales & finance, are associated with a company that is always trying to bend the rules. If I had known the fuel efficiency would be this poor I wouldn’t have gotten the car. Potential buyers should know how bad the mpg is.
