When we arrived, it took a minute for us to be greeted, and then another two to have a salesperson assigned to us. Though we wanted to test drive a Ford Fusion Hybrid, salesman then had us take out a Mercury Milan Hybrid instead, since it as more convenient to get out (I think). During the drive, he made good conversation, but I felt like I did more of the highlighting of the features by looking through some literature I had found in the dealership while my partner did the driving. Then, when we were back at the lot, looking at the actual Fusions, he wasn't really forthcoming with the keys to them so we could even get inside of them to see. Maybe we should have been pushier, and I'm sure our experience might have been very different with a different salesperson, but it wasn't a great experience.
