Frustrated When I came in for an oil change, I was told I also needed to have my rear differential fluid replaced, since I have 21k miles on it. As I was waiting, I saw my old maintenance notes from my Illinois dealer in Morton Grove where I purchased the vehicle. According to my invoice, at 15k miles I had already done the fluid change. I asked the dealer to stop, but it was too late, he had already drained the fluid. He said that the prior dealer didn't update the car's computer records properly. The dealer was very understanding, but in the end, work is work, so I ended up paying for this service even though it was not needed. Honda should have their service records tied together so this couldn't happen. I am retired and paying out an extra $140 is very frustrating. More

All went very well. I might add that the video tour of my car had a comment regarding the cabin air filter. The mechanic stated that the filter was dirty due to its grey color.
