The tire on our 2023 CRV came right off the rim. We were not left the unlocker for the lug nuts and couldn't even put the spare on. But the tire wasn't in stock, which was okay because it was expected within a few days. So we have been riding on the dummy spare tire for nearly two weeks now having to drive 45km both ways back and forth to work. They will not answer our calls or messages. They are about to lose our business forever. But not only that, they will be responsible for whatever happens to our vehicle and any rentals required from the fallout. This is stressful and tiring. We have been very polite and kind to them yet they avoid our calls. This isn't a small deal. More

Their prices for a front brake job on a 2015 CRV, for rotors, calipers, pads, fluid flush came to $1700 with tax. Way too high!!!! Be very careful here with their repair costs.
