Easy experience I found a used Toyota Tundra online and quickly used the form online to inquire about it. The next morning Angela emailed me and told me the vehicle w I found a used Toyota Tundra online and quickly used the form online to inquire about it. The next morning Angela emailed me and told me the vehicle was available and that we could meet on the weekend for a test drive (I was in Clovis). Before heading on the drive all the way to Santa Fe, Angela was kind enough to give me an update that the vehicle was still there and available, rather than making me drive just to get me in he door and sale me a different vehicle. When I arrived the truck was ready for test drive immediately. My wife and I drove it and Angela did not put any pressure on us. After the drive we agreed on the price and the trade in value, and we were all set. The experience was quite easy and painless, and Angela was a pleasure to work with. Best car buying experience I’ve had so far. I’m not a fan of Hondas but when it comes time to purchase another vehicle Angela will be the first person I call. Though we live in Dallas, the car came up on a search and it had the 5-speed manual transmission our son was wanting. Dealing with Stephanie sanf the dealearship over the phone and by email convinced us to make the trip to Santa Fe to review the car and purchase if happy. Stephanie was great to deal with through the entire process (especially when communicating from Dallas). In addition, the dealership as a whole was very attentive and answered all of our questions, even it it required sending the car to the service department to confirm tread-wear on tries and alignment. They were happy to do it. They made the purchasing process easy and we had a fun time riving it back to Dallas to surprise our son. Highly recommend this dealership and there are not many Subaru dealers I've come across (be it buying or servicing) that aren't client service focused. This dealership and, Stephanie in particular, are an not exception. More
