"2015 Outback. :Nickle and dime below 50k miles"

2 weeks before, during my last visit, I asked the dealer to check on the battery. They said all was fine. Got on the road and after 3 hours of driving, I stopped for lunch and the. Car would not restart. Finally started. Parked for 3days of camping where I was in and out of rear lift. Battery completely dead. Hood up, battery totally corroded....and they let me out of the shop! Here is the toll on this outback: @ 25k miles needed a new set of tires. Dealer said softer rubber is used on new cars and wear out faster @30k the driver seat leather split @35k needed new rear breaks @36 k the horn stopped working...was told this is because of turning the steering wheel @41k the driver seat split again, out,of warranty, and was told the seats are pleather, not leather and not so great in our high altitude sun @48k the battery died completely, was told Subaru puts in lower strength battery and I had to buy the upgraded battery @49k the passenger window does not operate from from driver side @49k the cover of the gas pedal fell,off Can you say RAV4? Subaru...not the car it once was

"Totally lost trust"

Had 2 experiences with the Subaru service department , on 4/12/17 and on 7/6/17. Both were very unsatisfactory! I had regular very good interactions with PREMIER, but with this new ownership, I totally lost my trust. April 12 was an oil change/service. The fluids were not changed or even refilled. I checked that on the spot (Subaru premises) and it was filled up when I pointed that out. So, what else was not done? ( the trust issue). I had a coupon, which gave a great discount. Could that be the reason? Sure, the car got a wash (nice gesture), but that doesn't make up for sloppy workmanship. Also experienced some condescending behavior, which NEVER happened at Premier. (woman, 72) Afterwards, I filled in the survey, mentioning my concerns, but never got a reaction. July 6. Airbag inflation replacement. If it was not for the recall, I would never have gone back to this dealership. In order to access the parts they needed working on, my belongings (not tjat many) were thrown in the back covered in thick sticky fluid. Not from my stuff....... A mess! Then they did not put the mid column together again - was hanging loose (have picture). Clearly NO SUPERVISION! I will not recommend the service department of this Subaru dealership to family or friends.

"TERRIBLE customer service"

If you plan to get your car serviced here, save yourself the maddening frustration and DON'T. For starters, good luck getting through to the service department. I must have called ten times within a week. The people working the service counter never answer their phones!!!! I left there voicemails for a call back and waiting a week to finally get a return call is ridiculous. I asked to be transferred to the service manager where I could vent my frustration but he didn't answer either so I left him a VM and never got a call back. I then asked for the GM. Same thing! Honestly I have never seen any business so poorly managed and I now get my car serviced at a family owned shop here in town. Honda of Subaru at 7511 Cerrillos Rd sucks!

"I used Premier service department for years for my Honda..."

I used Premier service department for years for my Honda Civic with no problems until recently. I took my car in to have the exterior strip at the edge of the windshield (driver's side) replaced. The car was returned to me with a crack in the windshield at the point where the work was done. The manager didn't deny that the crack was done while my auto was at the service department. He did deny that their workman had created the damage. He refused to pay to have the windshield replaced. The crack, of course, spread into the central vision area. I have since found another place in Santa Fe for Honda service.

"I use this dealer for routine maintenence on my Honda..."

I use this dealer for routine maintenence on my Honda Accord. The dealership seems to have high service counter staff turnover, so you are not able to develop a relationship. The waiting area is nice with complimentary refreshments on the show room floor. Because this area is away from the service center, you sometimes wonder if they have forgotten about you.
