Had 2 experiences with the Subaru service department , on 4/12/17 and on 7/6/17.
Both were very unsatisfactory!
I had regular very good interactions with PREMIER, but with this new ownership, I totally lost my trust.
April 12 was an oil change/service.
The fluids were not changed or even refilled. I checked that on the spot (Subaru premises) and it was filled up when I pointed that out. So, what else was not done? ( the trust issue).
I had a coupon, which gave a great discount. Could that be the reason?
Sure, the car got a wash (nice gesture), but that doesn't make up for sloppy workmanship.
Also experienced some condescending behavior, which NEVER happened at Premier. (woman, 72)
Afterwards, I filled in the survey, mentioning my concerns, but never got a reaction.
July 6. Airbag inflation replacement.
If it was not for the recall, I would never have gone back to this dealership.
In order to access the parts they needed working on, my belongings (not tjat many) were thrown in the back covered in thick sticky fluid. Not from my stuff....... A mess!
Then they did not put the mid column together again - was hanging loose (have picture).
Clearly NO SUPERVISION!
I will not recommend the service department of this Subaru dealership to family or friends.
